I'm Mia Pears. I'm a senior transportation planner with 14 years experience across transit network planning, service implementation, active transportation, and Indigenous community engagement. For eleven of those years, I was at TransLink — Metro Vancouver's regional transit authority — where I managed teams, built programs from scratch, and saw projects through from concept to delivery.
I now work independently on a project basis — available to consulting firms, local governments, First Nations, and organizations that need senior planning judgment.
